Welcome to the Leadership family.

You chose wisely when you decided to enrol at Global Leadership Institute (GLI). I am certain that when you graduate you will be equipped to make an impact as a leader in your chosen career.

GLI offers opportunities for connection with other students and staff. Apart from the academics, whom you will meet regularly at class, we have specialists who can help with a range of issues including study skills, English language, academic writing and personal challenges such as homesickness and stress associated with assimilating into a new culture.

During your first week, there will be no scheduled classes. Instead, we have developed online and on campus orientation activities that will introduce you to life as a Global Leadership Institute student and help you feel comfortable as a student living in Brisbane. Orientation provides not only a range of necessary information, but also opportunities to meet other students and experience the Australian environment and culture.

On campus activities in addition to online safety and security (via Teams) ensure that you feel welcome and supported from your first day. You will have the opportunity to meet staff and other students. You will learn important information regarding student support, safety and security, and health and wellbeing during your studies.

All students, regardless of delivery location or mode, need to complete orientation during the week before commencement of studies. This includes completion of the compulsory plagiarism quiz on Moodle that is designed to teach you key information regarding academic integrity.
